From the 28th to the 31st of July, I had the pleasure of staying in Rhode Island with wonderful friends and joining a crazy party of fellow IBD-ers (a now-annual event). It's my one weekend each year to truly kick back, make really childish jokes about bowel habits, and enjoy some usually-long distance friendships.

For the sake of those who will hear me talk about these people over the next few weeks/months, I've noted locations and relative relationships of everyone pictured (only a few of the many people in attendance). You can assume that siblings/children/spouses of people mentioned are from the same place as their siblings/parents/spouses.

Random Englishman. No one was really sure where he came from, but he was nice enough and helped to drain the keg of all that pesky beer, so we let him stay. (Okay, it's actually Robbie [of Yorkshire], who was in town visiting cousins and was subsequently dragged along to the party.)
